Formats include - 5v5 Non-Contact, 5v5 Contact, 7v7 (Coming Soon), and 8v8

We are affiliated with BOTH USA Flag and USA Football

Division Winners have the option to accept a paid bid to USA Flag Nationals

Each team will have 8 regular-season games with 1 guaranteed playoff game

Games are 60-minutes long, broken into four 15-minute quarters. Halftime is 5 minutes.

Our referees are trained using USA Football's Certification process, and are paid $25 per game

Through our collaboration with FC Productions, all games will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube

Teams are allowed 3 Time-Outs per half, and 2 coaches challenges per game
